🇰🇷 Rassemblement 2025 des adopté·es coréen·nes de l’étranger 


📅 Dates and location :

From XX to XX month 2026 (5 days, 4 nights) at XXX, South Korea.

🎯 Program objective :

Strengthen the ties between Korean adoptees abroad and Korea, and create a global network of adoptees.

📌 Priority eligibility criteria :

  • Korean adoptees aged 18 or older.
  • First visit to Korea since adoption.
  • No prior participation in Korean government invitation programs.
  • Recommendation from the embassy or consulate.

📂 Required documents :

  1. Application form* with handwritten signature.
  2. Liability waiver form.
  3. Consent for the collection and use of personal data.
  4. Authorization form for the use of images/videos.
  5. (if applicable) Additional evidence (vaccination certificate, etc.).
  • All documents must be in English or Korean.

📨 Application procedure :

  • Step 1 : Send the signed original documents to the Korean Embassy in Brussels (the originals will not be returned).
  • Step 2 : Send a scanned copy of the documents by email to : okafuture@korea.kr

📅 Application deadline :

📌 On Friday XX month 2026 at 6 PM (Korean time).

📣 Selection results :

Announcement scheduled for XX month 2026, via the embassy or by personal email.

✈️ Coverage :

  • Reimbursement of the economy class plane ticket (ceiling set by the OKA).
  • Accommodation (double rooms) and three meals a day.
  • Cultural activities and excursions covered.
  • Other expenses (insurance, personal expenses…) remain the responsibility of the participant.
